Right out the back door is 1 of the seasonally heated pools! -Golf cart available! $40/day or $200/wk Must be rented for all days of stay - main bedroom with king bed, attached full bathroom, and private balcony - 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds - living room has a pop-up sleeper - 2 full bathrooms upstairs and half bath downstairs - smart TVs - full size washer and dryer - 11 swimming pools, 5 heated during winter - tennis courts - shuffleboard - pickle ball courts - putt-putt course - beachside clubhouse restaurant - private beachside pool Must be at least 21 years old to book. We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the home. Limited overflow parking may be availably for $15/day Golf cart rental requirement: $40/day or $200/wk Must be rented for all days of stay.
