Welcome to Seaside Sunset! This unit will be your beach home away from home. We have thought of everything you need so that you can sit back, relax, and kick up your feet! The unit is located in Regency Towers, on the 3rd floor! Balcony faces west for some phenomenal sunset views! On the East end of Panama City Beach, you are about 20 minutes from Pier Park, 25 from Frank Brown, and 10 minutes from Publix Sports Complex. There are also many eateries and attractions within walking distance. Local favorite, Schooner's is only 10 minutes by sand! Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom - King bed with attached bathroom 2nd bedroom - King bed 3rd bedroom - Full over queen bunk Living room - Queen sleeper Pack n Play Property Amenities: Beach service of 2 beach chairs with umbrella is included! March through October 560 ft of private beach Bikini Bob's Beachside Cafe (March - October) 2 pools - heated during winter Billiards/Game room Indoor hot tub Kiddie pool Lawn games Fitness room Picnic area with grills Beachside swings *Must be 21 or older to book *$40 registration fee due on check in. This is a 1 time fee and provides up to 3 parking passes and 10 wristbands I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and my phone number is available for emergencies after booking
