This studio condo comes with a dedicated parking spot on the same floor of the condo. No need to fight the elevators when you arrive! This unit is furnished with a king size bed, as well as, a day bed with trundle that converts into another king size bed. You will have everything you need to make yourself at home, as the kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer/dryer is available. Beach towels are provided, guests must bring their own. We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue. I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and try to respond to guest concerns immediately. -$70.20 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay. With so much to do, you will never get bored!
